Yesterday after we returned to Big Creek from the wake for Bobby's mother in Tucker we went up to Dave's and Lynn's house for a birthday party for Kathy. Kathy rode down to Tucker with Linda and me. The food Dave had prepared was really delicious. Potato encrusted Cod, Spinach and a great side dish of assorted wild mushrooms. Not to even mention the giant shrimp cocktail served with a Remoulade sauce in a champagne glass or the delicious "pre-dinner drinks". There was an excellent roaring fire in the fire place as well. Wow, it was wonderful! Thank you Dave and Lynn!
Oh, I forgot to mention, a Red Velvet cake for desert that was prepared by the well known local chef, Ymmot Yrthguad.
