Dave and Lynn got back from the Deer hunt yesterday and were successful in killing two Deer. Today they came down and brought Linda and me some of the most delicious Venison I have ever eaten. I like Deer meat but this was as good as any Beef Tenderloin, or Pork or fowl or fish I have ever eaten. It had been marinated in an Asian style salad dressing that beautifully complemented the flavor and texture of the meat. With it I bakled a Potato, made a large batch of fresh Spinach and fresh Almond bread. A small salad and Tomatoes on the side. Delicious! Thanks Dave and Lynn!
