We got back from the dairy about an hour ago and it was really interesting. It is out at the end of Wright Road and is pretty remote even for Ellijay. There are lots and lots of cows and the lady, "Susie" was quite nice and gregarious. Linda and I bought two gallons of raw milk that I will process and turn into Mozzarella cheese in the morning, hopefully. I have enjoyed the cheese I made a couple of days ago and Will try to do another batch of the same in the morning.

It was especially good on the Rosemary Focaccia I made and everybody seemed to like it very much. I know I did!
