This A.M.

20 degrees here this morning,thankfully no wind. The sun is coming up but it is still very cold. Last night Dave and Lynn came down for dinner and we had a nice time with them. For Hors d' oeuvres, Linda made fresh home made Potato chips with a carmelized onion dip from Jorj Morgan's web site. I made the Greek Island Snapper and shrimp with a side of asparagus and lemon butter. Bread was homemade Sourdough stuffed with my Mozzarella and some Kalamata olives. For desert I made Panna cotto with Lingnon berry topping and caramel.
