Good grief what a rain storm we are having today. We need the rain, for sure but this is one of those long ,dark rain filled days that make you realize that winter has finally gotten here. Today is November the 30-th and it certainly seems like it. I drove into town to the grocery store this morning while Paige was cleaning the house. Lunch was at Okinawa's and there I had a Yellow Belly sushi roll that was great. It is my favorite thing to have there except for the Scorpion Roll. The seaweed salad was excellent as well.
Tonight I made P.F.Chang's broccoli and sesame chicken. I served it with rice and without a doubt it was excellent and I will make it again soon. Yum!!!
