Last night a group of residents gathered at the home of Jay and Rita G. here at Big Creek for Super Bowl Sunday. What fun it was with more delicious food than you could shake a stick at. Pizza, chili, corn bread, salad, dips, Tapas ,wine, eggnog, brownies, ice cream and too much more to try to enumerate. It was really a great time and a congenial group to share an evening with. Jay's and Rita's home is perfect for entertaining. We were delighted to meet Naomi, Connie and Austin who were all charming. All in all we had a great time.
Rita sent us home with enough chili, salad and corn bread for lunch today and honestly it was better than it was last night.
