Fingerling potatoes

Yesterday afternoon I finished digging one row of my Fingerling potatoes. They had produced pretty well. Many of them are small but I don't mind because I like them rather small. They are for the most part bite size and very tender with a buttery and nutty taste with a nice texture. There are three more rows that I need to dig but there is really no hurry because I am not ready to start my Fall garden as of yet. The seeds for the lettuces have not even been ordered yet and I haven't decided what varieties I want to grow.
